Big Thompson River Clean Up

Join Big Thompson Watershed Coalition, Wildlands Restoration Volunteers, the City of Loveland Open Lands & Trails, and Breeze Thru Car Wash for the Earth Month Big Thompson River Clean Up. This will be the group’s third year of hosting this annual clean up which brings community members together to help care for the Big T by removing trash and debris from parks, natural areas, and the river corridor through Loveland.

Volunteers begin at Fairgrounds Park before heading out in teams to cleanup locations along the river. This family-friendly event is a great way to give back, connect with others who care about the watershed, and make a visible impact on the health of the Big Thompson. The event wraps up with a gathering back at the park to recognize volunteers and partners
