Big Thompson Canyon River Clean Up

Join Rocky Mountain Flycasters, Boulder Flycasters, St. Vrain Anglers, and Arbor Anglers for a volunteer cleanup along the Big Thompson River in the canyon. This collaborative event bring volunteers together to remove trash from fishing pullouts, parking areas, and roadside access points between Olympus Dam and Forks Park at Drake. Volunteers will help care for one of the region’s most loved river corridors while supporting a cleaner, healthier experience for anglers, visitors, and wildlife. Organizers will provide gloves, trash bags, trash grabbers, coffee, water, and snacks. And, there should be plenty of time to catch the afternoon hatch after the event.
